As a Mover at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks with furniture, boxes, and various household items. The role also includes completing office moves, which involves moving desks, chairs, and office equipment. You will work alongside a driver, collaboratively handling the transportation of customer's household goods. Movers compensated £11.50 per hour, a pension plan, and 28 days of holiday pay.
Responsibilities:
- Take the stress out of moving for our customers by providing a professional moving experience.
- Collaborate with the driver in the moving process.
- Maintain a pleasant and friendly personality while on the job
- Maintain punctuality and physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.
- Occasionally participate in overnight stays for long-distance moves.
- Work weekends as required, including Saturdays and Sundays on occasion.
- Adhere to the professional moving standards set by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with removal companies is advantageous but not required.
- Training will be provided in the professional moving techniques of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
- Candidates must be located within 5 miles of Newcastle.
